Alex Gordon

Many of our Motivators come from the educational sphere, which gives them a distinct advantage in working with our school partners. As an Educational Support Consultant, Alex brings real-world experience to users of PBIS Rewards. During the last four of his eight years as an educator, he had the opportunity to use PBIS Rewards with his special education students. Now that he’s joined our amazing and supportive customer support team, he’s helping other schools use our software!

Alex’s first language is Spanish, which means he can connect with schools that have a community of Spanish-speaking students, teachers, and families.

Though he was born in Germany, Alex is a native of Puerto Rico and his first language is Spanish. He attended the University of Puerto Rico and attained his degree in Adapted and Regular Physical Education K-12, which enabled him to become a middle school Special Education teacher. Physical activity is part of who Alex is. Growing up in Puerto Rico, Alex learned to surf. (Fun fact: he might be from an island, but he doesn’t eat fish or any other type of seafood!) Now, he’s all-in on mountain biking – in fact, he and several friends recently completed both a 12-hour and 24-hour endurance mountain bike race!

When he’s not on a bike, you’re likely to find Alex at the playground with his two children. He now knows all of the Disney princesses, thanks to his daughter!
