Anna Michaels

Growing up in a family of teachers, Anna knew early on that education would be in her future.  After graduating from the University of North Texas with a degree in Elementary Education, she started her classroom career with 6^th graders as a Science and Social Studies teacher.  Her career path led her to become an Assistant Principal, a job that is like a fire fighter, and allowed her to help students and teachers be successful each day.  Her passion for working with students, teachers and others continued to grow as she found new opportunities with Motivating Systems.

Anna is a native Texan, through and through.  She knows where to find the best chicken fried steak and says that word y’all often! She is sadly lacking in cowgirl skills but will happily chat with you about the Dallas Cowboys any day (especially after a winning game).  When Anna isn’t working, she loves to travel, see movies and spend time with friends.
