Elizabeth Hamilton
Educational Support Consultant
Elizabeth Hamilton
Elizabeth goes by Liz most of the time although she answers to Elizabeth, Liz, Mom, Mommy, or Mother.
She drinks her coffee black and wears lace-up tennis shoes most of the time because it makes it easier to get stuff done. And, wow, does she know how to get things done! In her professional career, she has worked in customer service, technical support, HR, billing, office administration, technical writing, content development … and that was all at one company! Prior to that, she taught second grade in Bogota, Columbia. Fortunately, she got to teach in English because her Spanish needs some work.
Liz favors her backhand when she plays tennis with the local ladies and loves singing soprano though she will practice some barbershop harmonies when she gets the chance.
Some weekends she and her four children can be found reenacting as pioneers, weaving on a 4-harness Schacht Spindle Baby Wolf loom.
She enjoys talking to schools across the country and would like to visit each one of them.
The University of Evansville gets credit for giving her the credentials (BA in Elementary Education with Honors) to do that teaching job in South America. And believe it or not, this is the second time in her career she has worked for Pat!
