Jeremy Klauburg

Anyone who willingly adopts five huskies must expect this question: “Are you building a sled team?” Even when the answer is “no,” people still wonder.

The huskies are just one part of Jeremy’s life. He’s also been brewing his own beer for a few years now and has a small amateur brewery in his pole barn. Never one to shy away from adrenaline-pumping activities, he loves to go whitewater rafting and swimming with sharks (protected by a cage, of course). When he travels, he likes to avoid the tourist traps and go off the beaten path.

If the name Klauburg and the five huskies sound familiar, it’s because Jeremy is married to fellow Motivator Elisabeth Klauburg. Working at the same company as your spouse might feel like a bit of a challenge, but since they belong to different departments, they make it work. Where Elisabeth helps to support current users, Jeremy helps to build relationships with incoming schools as an Educational Relationship Consultant. It’s a great way to put his business degree from Western Kentucky University to good use. “I love working for a growing company in a growing field,” he says. “Motivating Systems has a strong team dynamic that makes me feel like I am part of something big. I like the fact that through our hard work, we are making a difference in people’s lives. I’m grateful for the chance to be a part of this company.”
