Matt Lu

Matt joined Motivating Systems in early 2020 – right as the pandemic began. In addition to learning the responsibilities in his new job, he also had to learn how to navigate remote work alongside all of his coworkers! Though it was a challenge at first, he’s happy to be a part of what he considers the best company in the world.

A graduate of the University of Southern Indiana, Matt holds a B.S. in Marketing, which makes him a great fit as an Educational Relationship Consultant. He began his professional career at the Ashley Homestore, and understands the importance of listening to customers in order to provide solutions.
