Nick Zoglman

When it comes to protecting customer data, you need someone who understands the ins and outs of privacy laws. That’s where Nick Zoglman comes in. Nick has his J.D. from Southern Illinois University, and he’s our go-to guy for all things legal. He reviews all the proposed agreements and contracts to ensure that they don’t contain any provisions or terms that we are unable to accept. That might sound less than exciting, but it’s Nick’s work that helps Motivating Systems to provide a secure environment for customer data.

One of his favorite aspects of working at MoSys is knowing that schools using PBIS Rewards are actively recognizing students for positive behaviors and changing school climate. His work as our Compliance Analyst is key to ensuring that our company’s actions and policies are not in conflict with and Federal, State, or County laws and regulations, as they relate to student privacy. This includes how we gather, store and use student data.

When he’s not spending time outdoors at the lake or burning up the miles cycling, Nick likes to play video games. In fact, as a middle schooler, Nick’s team was ranked #1 on Game Battles in Call of Duty 4!
